Construction.
HBS İnşaat & Taahhüt takes on construction on a turnkey basis, from housing and mass housing projects to residences and villas, and from infrastructure and road works to commercial buildings. Because it works under the same roof as HBS Mimarlık on the design side, no information is lost between drawings and site; the job runs with one point of contact and one schedule.
On site, every work item is planned together with the work programme, procurement and quality control. We carry out everything from structural work to finishes with our own teams and the specialist teams we work with, and keep the client regularly updated on progress.

How we work
From request to handover in four steps.

Survey and feasibility
We assess the site, the design and the budget with you, and set the construction method and schedule.

Planning and procurement
We finalise the work programme, materials list and procurement sequence before the site opens.

Construction and quality control
We carry out structural work and finishes to the work programme, checking each stage before moving on to the next.

Handover
We close out the snagging list and hand over the building ready for use, with its documentation.
