Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by HBS Mimarlık A.Ş. ("HBS Grup") as data controller, within the scope described below. Address: Sultan Selim Mahallesi, Bahçem Sokağı No:11, Kâğıthane / İstanbul.

Personal data processed

Your name and surname, phone number, email address, company name, type of space, approximate floor area and message content shared through our contact forms, together with the time the form was submitted and the consent record.

Purposes of processing

To assess your enquiry, to contact you and to carry out the quotation and initial meeting processes.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK, and the processing being directly related to the establishment of a contract under Article 5(2)(c).

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service; the servers of these providers may be located abroad.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for the period needed to assess your enquiry and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to object, and to claim compensation for any damage.
