01
Brief
For 4+1 flats with views of the Bosphorus and Çamlıca, and for the building's communal areas, the client wanted interior concepts that would offer buyers two different ways of living and support sales.
02
Solution
The Classic Avant-Garde option uses bronze details, crystal chandeliers and dark green velvet seating; the Modern Avant-Garde option uses light-toned timber, curved sofas and ceilings with concealed lighting. The terraces were planned to bring the views to the fore.
03
Result
Every room, from the living room to the bathroom, was presented in both concepts with detailed 3D visuals.
