01
Brief
On a 105-flat project, ceiling, lighting, wall and kitchen work has to progress to the same quality in every flat and keep to the programme.
02
Solution
Stepped plasterboard suspended ceilings are lit with concealed LED strips; concrete-effect paint is applied to the walls, with recessed shelf niches at the entrances and anthracite kitchen cabinets. Finished surfaces are protected with plastic sheeting so that work can continue in layers.
03
Result
Fit-out is ongoing; in the completed flats the stepped ceilings, concealed lighting and recessed shelves are in place, and the same details are being repeated in the remaining flats.
