01
Brief
A long, narrow ground floor needed a layout that would run bakery sales and a sit-down café side by side, as well as a new façade.
02
Solution
Vaulted timber ribs were applied to the ceiling and brick and timber shelving to the walls; a counter with a turquoise strip runs the length of the space and leads customers to the café section. The façade features a black-and-gold arched entrance and wide shop windows.
03
Result
The sales, café and façade decisions were presented in 3D visuals together with an overhead layout plan.
